Background
Amberley has been making flavoursome wines since
1985. Amberley Kiss & Tell is a premium Moscato that
is the perfect wine to share with your close friends.
Winemaking
Muscat grapes were harvested from selected vineyards
in South Eastern Australia. The grapes selected were a
mixture of the Frontignac variety of Muscat, which has
given a lovely aromatic and silky character, and the
Gordo Blanco variety, which has contributed richness
to the palate.
Tasting Note
The wine is light straw in colour with green hues. The
bouquet shows lifted, heady, floral tones of
honeysuckle and fresh Muscat aromas. The palate is
light with flavours of sweet honeydew melon and
tropical fruits. The residual sugar is well‐balanced
with the crisp finish, and the slight effervescence gives
the wine an appealing lift.
Serving
Serve well‐chilled for the best enjoyment. The lower
alcohol content of this wine makes it ideal to serve at a
luncheon or as aperitif. The light sweet style is also
well‐matched with light appetiser foods. Additionally
Moscato is an ideal accompaniment to creamy or
cheesy dishes. If you enjoy a rich chocolate dessert a
light Moscato could provide a pleasing contrast.
